Terms and Conditions for Home Massage Services:

1. Nature of Services:
   The massages offered are strictly therapeutic, with no erotic nature, and are exclusively available to women for the safety of both parties. The client understands that any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the service without any right to a refund.

2. Payments:
   Payments can be made via MBway or in cash on the day of the treatment. In both cases, an invoice, including the tax identification number, will be sent to the email address provided by the client.

3. Client Responsibility:
   The client is responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect the safety or efficacy of the massage. Failure to provide such information exempts the company from liability for any potential side effects.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

5. Confidentiality:
   All personal and health information provided by the client will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without express consent.

6. Safety and Suitable Environment:
   The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the massage, including sufficient space and satisfactory hygienic conditions.

By booking the services, the client fully agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with the latest version always available on the website or upon request.
